Responsibilities:
Evaluate and process applications for prospective students, ensuring adherence to admission requirements and deadlines.
Provide comprehensive guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment events to promote the university and attract prospective students.
Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to assess applicant qualifications and assist in the selection process.
Assist in the development and implementation of admission policies, procedures, and strategies.
Maintain accurate records and databases of applicant information.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in admissions to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
Contribute to the overall success of the admissions team by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Master\'s degree preferred).
Previous experience in college admissions or a related field is highly desirable.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in using admissions management systems and technology.
