Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process applications for prospective students, ensuring adherence to admission requirements and deadlines.
• Provide comprehensive guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process.
• Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and recruitment events to promote the university and attract prospective students.
• Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to assess applicant qualifications and assist in the selection process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of admission policies, procedures, and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of applicant information.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in admissions to continuously improve our recruitment efforts.
• Contribute to the overall success of the admissions team by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Master\'s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in college admissions or a related field is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in using admissions management systems and technology.
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the admissions process.
