The

Admissions Director

will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategies to attract and retain students. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong leadership skills, and a passion for higher education. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in admissions management, marketing, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective admission policies, strategies, and outreach programs. Oversee the recruitment, application, and enrollment processes to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students. Lead and mentor the admissions team, setting goals and evaluating performance. Analyze enrollment trends and market research to inform recruitment strategies. Build relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and materials. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies. Represent the institution at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fluent in English & Arabic is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret enrollment data. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in CRM and admissions software is a plus.
