We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Admissions Counselor - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving student enrollment by effectively managing the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This role combines excellent sales and customer service skills to guide prospective students and ensure a seamless admission experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Student Recruitment:
• Proactively reach out to prospective students through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct informative and engaging presentations about our programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Admissions Counseling:
• Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process by providing accurate information and addressing their inquiries.
• Evaluate student profiles and assist them in selecting appropriate programs aligned with their career goals.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting leads into successful admissions.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize lead conversion.
• Follow-Up:
• Maintain regular contact with prospective students and applicants to ensure timely follow-ups and effective relationship management.
• Support students through the application and enrollment stages, resolving any challenges they may face.
• Data Management:
• Track and record all interactions with prospects in the CRM system accurately.
• Generate and analyze reports to evaluate enrollment performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and enhance promotional efforts.
• Partner with academic departments to gain insights into program offerings and student needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 Year experience in sales, admissions, or a related role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with diverse groups.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
