We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admissions Counselor with strong sales skills to join our admissions team. The Admissions Counselor will play a key role in recruiting and enrolling prospective students, providing guidance on educational programs, and meeting enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our institution to potential students. Job Location: Dubai Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective students through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other potential sources of student referrals.
- Conduct compelling and informative presentations about our educational programs to prospective students and their families.
- Highlight the unique features and benefits of our institution to address the needs and aspirations of potential students.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information on program requirements, application procedures, and financial aid options.
- Assist students in making informed decisions about their educational goals.
- Process and review student applications, ensuring that all required documentation is submitted.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth and efficient application process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Implement effective strategies to convert inquiries into enrolled students.
- 2 years of experience in Student admissions, recruitment, or related role.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to influence and convert leads.
- Familiarity with educational programs and admissions processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Student Admissions: 2 years (Required)
- Educational Industry: 1 year (Required)
- Tele - sales: 1 year (Required)
