Iconic Training Institute in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer to join our team. As an Admission Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving student enrollment by effectively converting leads into students, while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets for our training center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end admissions process, from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for prospective students.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential students, providing accurate information about our programs, courses, and enrollment procedures.
• Conduct personalized consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals and tailor recommendations accordingly.
• Showcase the value proposition of our training institute and articulate the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
• Effectively overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospective students to facilitate enrollment.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students, while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for lead generation, follow-up, and conversion optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and applicants in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in admissions or sales, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads and inquiries simultaneously.
• Knowledge of the education and training industry, particularly in the UAE, is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
