Educated to High School level
Fluent in English
Experience/Knowledge
2 years + customer service experience/administrative position
Experience in education and related experience (desirable)
Skills
Excellent IT skills and experience of working with Excel and other spreadsheet and database applications.
Communicating with confidence - Conveying messages and information clearly and confidently, appropriate to your audience.
Relationships with others - Developing, building and maintaining effective and appropriate relations.
