We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Officer with a solid background in sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide prospective students through the enrollment process effectively. This role involves advising students on academic programs, providing personalized support, and driving sales to achieve enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Student Advising:
• Provide detailed information to prospective students about academic programs and admission requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable programs.
• Assist students throughout the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Sales and Enrollment:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track their progress through the enrollment process.
Relationship Building:
• Establish and maintain relationships with prospective students through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize student recruitment efforts.
• Participate in recruitment events, webinars, and open houses to attract potential students.
Qualifications:
• Proven 1-2 years of experience in student recruitment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and guide them through the decision-making process.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
