Responsibilities: As a PMO, you will take ownership of supporting senior executives with daily business tasks, and communications. This is the role for you if you are passionate about cross-functional project management and organizing important information. You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. - Serve as liaison between our Executive Leadership, the team and cross functional stakeholders regarding company projects, planning, and meetings - Manage and coordinate complex global meetings and events with consideration for multiple time zones - Supporting creation of team meeting decks and coordinating monthly/quarterly business reviews (if needed) - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation - Support Executive Leadership with procurement management and invoicing; coordinate executive travel and supporting expense management - Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support, and proactively project manage tasks - Organise offsites, social events. Qualifications - Experience in assisting senior leadership teams, ideally in a global remit - As this role covers multiple locations, experience working in a global company, with a cross cultural collaborative background is essential - This role will be responsible for presenting information in a digestible way, so excellent communication skills in written and verbal are essential. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment, in a highly organized and detail oriented manner with a proactive work-style. - You need to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, with a solution oriented and motivated mindset - You need to have experience of dealing with and supporting multiple senior stakeholders
