We are looking for a proactive Male Admin/Operations Coordinator with an accounting background to support daily office functions and provide excellent customer service. This role will involve handling administrative duties, basic accounting tasks, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure smooth business operations and a positive client experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, and office supply management.
• Assist in planning and organizing logistics for smooth office and operational flow.
• Handle basic accounting duties such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget management.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Process payments, assist in financial reporting, and support the accounting team with data entry and record-keeping.
• Maintain organized files and records for quick and efficient retrieval.
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless support for all business functions.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in administrative or operations roles with accounting and customer support background.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
