This role is accountable for managing communication, handling documentation and recordkeeping, in addition to coordinating resources, providing logistic support, and equipment support. The incumbent is also responsible for providing support to the Manager by assisting with incident and crisis management, whilst ensuring reporting and analysis are completed within a timely manner.Financial
Implement deployment initiatives to ensure that all current processes are consistently updated to ensure improved efficiencies that result in cost saving
Customer
Review all new preliminary plans, review the needs of all resources, and ensure the needs of each accommodation are met
Coordinate with the Business Unit on daily deployment tasks to ensure all client requirements are met
Identify and escalate incidents to relevant parties to mitigate or minimize potential damage in the event of a disaster
Process
Responsible for addressing issues pertaining to the end-to-end Deployment Process to DOC manager
Ensure that clear and accurate operational documents/procedures are maintained for reference
Perform regular inspections/audits in all TG accommodations to verify that all deployment operations comply with company standards
Responsible for IT equipment involved such as Tablets used to record data in TGs Time and Attendance application as part of the deployment process and ensuring fail safes are in place to minimize any negative impact on real-time reporting
Innovation
Organize office tasks and procedures to ensure efficiency and adherence to Transguard policies
Proactively identify ways to improve processes for smoother efficiency
Drive a continuous improvement culture through all levels and across all administration functions
Optimize reporting and tracking systems to help enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision making
SkillsSelection Criteria
Minimum 3 years of experience required in a similar role
Proficiency in excel is mandatory. In addition to understanding various tools and systems
Effective written and verbal communications to seamlessly assist with conflict resolution and deployments
Problem solving skills to proactively highlight any concerns
