We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an

Administrator cum Teacher

. This role combines administrative responsibilities with teaching duties, and the ideal candidate will be proficient in both managing administrative tasks and delivering high-quality lessons to students.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Duties:

Oversee the daily operations of the office and classroom, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Manage scheduling, including organizing classes, meetings, and events. Maintain accurate records for student attendance, grades, and other administrative tasks. Handle communication with students, parents, and staff through emails, phone calls, and meetings. Prepare and manage educational materials, resources, and supplies for the classroom. Assist in maintaining and updating student databases, reports, and academic records. Support budgeting, purchasing, and organizing school supplies or classroom materials. Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Teaching Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in [specific subject(s)] according to the curriculum. Create a positive and productive learning environment by fostering student engagement and motivation. Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and address individual learning needs. Assist students with homework, projects, and assessments as necessary. Implement various teaching strategies and educational technology tools to enhance student learning. Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior in line with school policies. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, concerns, and achievements.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally in an educational setting. Strong teaching skills with experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software. Knowledge of current educational trends and teaching methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:



Previous experience in both administrative and teaching roles. Familiarity with student management systems and educational tools.

Working Conditions:



Full-time position with working hours typically [9 AM to 5 PM or as per school schedule]. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required for events, meetings, or special activities.
