Job Description

Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems (physical and electronic).
  • Manage office supplies, ordering necessary items, and maintaining inventory.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Scheduling & Calendar Management:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute to participants.
  • Manage executive or department calendars, ensuring efficient time management.
Communication and Correspondence:
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communication such as reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
Document Management:
  • Prepare, review, and distribute documents and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and proper filing.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings.
