Job SummaryAs an Administrator within the Supply Chain Administration Team you will be responsible for maintaining and executing the organization\'s Supplier Relationship Management program across all suppliers to ensure that there is mitigation of risk in doing business with the pool of registered suppliers. This position has the responsibility to ensure due diligence is completed in evaluating new and existing suppliers, ensuring data integrity of the supplier base and correctness of the interfaces and updates. You will assist in developing a robust program to track performance of all suppliers, evaluate their credibility, develop performance scorecards, participate in annual reviews and educate suppliers on our organization\'s requirements.This role requires independent and professional judgment and reports to the Assistant Manager, Procurement.About YouIdeally, we\'d like you to have a relevant Bachelor\'s Degree from an accredited university preferably in Supply Chain, International Business or Business Administration with a minimum of 1 - 2 years\' experience within in a similar capacity. Sound knowledge of the procurement processes, exceptional communication skills, logical reasoning, analytical skills and sound understanding of risk assessments are necessary to succeed in this role. You will have experience with Word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing. You will have to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management. In this role, you will have the natural ability to effectively influence through knowledge and to engage and follow through methodically with complaints and tasks.
