We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Secretary to support our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with client communications, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to real estate agents and brokers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about properties and services.
Document Preparation:
Prepare and manage real estate documents, including contracts, agreements.
Transaction Coordination:
Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and deadlines are met.
Office Management:
Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and overall office organization.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate.
Strong knowledge of real estate processes and terminology.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
