The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) is seeking to hire an Administrator at the Human Capital Research Center (HCRC). The HCRC analyses the current situation, global trend and studying the future foresight of future job market and skills, that relies on scientific methods and approaches in conducting and publishing relevant studies, to determine the future competencies, capabilities and skills required. It aims to help align future trends and labor market demands with the education outputs to guarantee better career opportunities and readiness. The Center contributes to enhancing human capital and developing qualified national competencies to meet the labor market future demands locally, regionally and globally. The Administrator will report to the Director of the Center and assist the Operations Unit Head. The Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the efficient functioning of the Center. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing general administrative duties, including producing and distributing correspondence, reports, letters, and forms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing meeting agendas and drafting accurate minutes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and organizing incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintaining confidential archives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accurately maintaining data and information in the Center\xe2\x80\x99s systems and completing necessary transactions.Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a research or academic environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
