Restaurant in Al Ain is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative and HR Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:



Organizing and managing employee files and documents.

Supervising staff attendance and preparing work schedules.

Coordinating recruitment processes and scheduling interviews.

Communicating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.

Assisting in resolving daily HR-related issues.

Preparing monthly employee performance reports.

Contributing to enhancing the workplace environment and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Requirements:



Previous experience in administration or human resources (preferred).

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency in using computer programs (MS Office).Ability to work on a shift basis.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Benefits:



Work shifts:1-Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.2-Evening Shift: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
