Principal Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the department shared folder and archiving of all relevant documents, champion the development of new document archiving system when required.
• Assist section Administrators with raising of requests to support day-to-day operational requirements.
• Responsible for developing department operational procedures and reports where required.
• Assist the Quality & Support section with capturing department reports, from both internal sections as well as contracted service providers.
• Communicate with internal departments to review existing department processes and procedures, develop new procedures where required to enhance overall operational performance and efficiency.
• Support with managing the department customer queries and following up with the internal team on request closures.
• Contribute to department processes and procedures by proposing new approaches to enhance overall performance of the department.
• Support Manager - Quality & Support with any additional tasks to support the efficiency of document controlling and administration.
• Support Senior Administrator with CAFM related activities including data sheet preparation and import as well as activities related to reporting via MS Excel, Crystal Reports, concept Reports and Power BI.
Education, Qualifications & Professional Training
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
• Good understanding of IT platforms and software, with ability to learn new systems
• Good time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
