Summary:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team. The role involves handling office tasks, managing client interactions, assisting with property transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls, emails, and assist clients and visitors.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings.
• Maintain and organize property records and files.
• Prepare documents for transactions and meetings.
• Assist in marketing listings and updating social media.
• Process invoices, payments, and track expenses.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate.
Proficient in MS Office and real estate software.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
