Job Title: Administrator Job Summary: The administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of the organization by managing administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, and providing support to staff members. Responsibilities:
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Human Resources Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Financial Administration:
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain financial records and reports.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
