The Wonder Years Nursery is seeking to hire an Administrator Assistant (back office support for Accounts, HR, and Reception).
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator Assistant to join our wonderful team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery, providing administrative support across various departments, including accounts, human resources, and reception.
Location: The Wonder Years Nursery, Remraam Branch, Dubai
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
• Organise and maintain children's individual files.
• Provide administrative support for the accounts department, including data entry and financial record maintenance.
• Assist the HR department with employee record management and supporting the PRO with required documents.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
