Job Description

Overall Objective of the Job: Responsible of secretarial, administrative, guidance, events coordination and technical support to faculty, students, adjunct special attention to administrative and coordination of diaries and responsibilities of faculty. Tasks and Responsibilities: Assists in tasks delivery within the MAE Department. Coordinates activities of the MAE Department as needed. Assists academic advisors in the Consulting Unit Communicate with the Admission and Registration Department. Communicate with the faculty and staff of Departments in the college as well as in other colleges. Responds to Student inquiries. Organizes and follow up matters with the Deans office Supervises and organizes events in the MAE Department. Sends advertisements for Studies. Organizes appointments. Prepares correspondence, reports or other documents from rough drafts; prepare agendas, meeting materials. Duties assigned by direct managerMinimum QualificationBachelor's degree or equivalent, as a minimum English, office programs and emails.Preferred Qualification
