Carefully monitor and manage airside pass applications and cancellations, OHC medical scheduling, PR requests, and other administrative tasks
Regularly updating and checking important systems, such as excel trackers, HR360, ASP management system, oracle systems, and power bi, to ensure accurate and up to date information
Maintaining a smooth operation of the Airside, OHC, and PR process
Accurately executing administrative tasks by paying attention to detail
In charge of generating monthly reports that are submitted to the finance and payroll departments, ensuring proper allocation of costs
Saving relevant documents and keeping track of costs in an organized manner
Handle various communication tasks, including effective communication with internal and external teams and departments
Promptly respond to emails and address any urgent matters
SkillsKnowledge - Experience (Preferred)
Diploma or Degree
3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the same industry in GCC
