:Candidates must have deep expertise in UAE office administration, accounts and HR / PRO activities.Our client is an international brand with a strong presence in the health and wellbeing sector.We are hiring a UAE experienced office administrator with a strong background in administration, accounts and HR to join their newly established Dubai regional office.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire administration, general accounting and HR formalities in the UAE.Candidates will have strong relevant UAE experience in gained from a retail distribution or wholesale organization.Role Summary
Establish administration processes and systems to support regional growth.
Accounting - manage invoices and payments - accounts receivable and accounts payable; support financial accounting and reporting.
Payroll - provide payroll information to the head office.
PRO - process all HR documents for visas, immigration, medical insurance; manage all documents for trade licenses and insurance.
Administration - manage day to day business administration.
Management support - diary management, book flights and accommodation; coordinate with clients.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5 - 8 experience in office administration, accounting and HR / PRO services in the UAE.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live and work in Dubai - Jebel Ali / DIP.
Fluent in English - excellent communication skills as this role is client facing and will coordinate with the European head office.
Able to prioritize and work independently.
Professional appearance and work ethic; able to work in a startup environment.
Education
Bachelor\xc2\xb4s degree in Business Administration
