  • Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies, and maintain office equipment.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory
Reception Duties
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors, addressing requests with professionalism.
Logistics Coordination
  • Handle DHL deliveries and shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
Facility Oversight
  • Supervise cleaners and store operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
5S Compliance
  • Conduct monthly 5S evaluations and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Waste Management
  • Implement and monitor waste management strategies to promote sustainability.
Event Planning
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, monthly celebrations and special occasions events.
Transport Coordination
  • Manage internal and external transportation needs for staff and company activities.
