Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Support Team Care for a Real Estate Development company , located in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring that client acquisition and retention goals are met consistently.
• Provide exceptional client support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our real estate developments and services.
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange internal and external communications for senior management, particularly for real estate project updates, investor meetings, and client consultations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring all inquiries related to ongoing and upcoming projects, sales, and real estate investment opportunities are addressed.
• Ensure DLD and OQOOD registration experience is leveraged in handling real estate transactions, registrations, and official documentation.
• Maintain organized and confidential records of real estate documents, contracts, project timelines, and other relevant company files.
• Support operational tasks, such as preparing project reports, taking meeting minutes, and assisting with project timelines.
• Assist in coordinating team activities, including project milestones, site visits, and internal meetings, working closely with project managers, sales teams, and other departments.
• Develop and refine administrative systems to improve the efficiency of day-to-day workflows, particularly in real estate development operations and client relations.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team, project managers, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Requirements:
• Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on real estate development (minimum of 2 years) in Dubai.
• Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including development processes, client engagement, and regulatory requirements, particularly DLD and OQOOD registration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks related to client management, real estate sales, project updates, and internal coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools for document management, communication, and reporting.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a fast-paced, dynamic real estate environment.
• A professional, client-oriented demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of handling sensitive client inquiries with professionalism.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
