Job Overview TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance. Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries. They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.

Educational Degree: This position is accessible with a level diploma Bac+4 or Licence in management assistant job / assistantship of management Professional Experience(years in what processes and function) An experience in an industrial environment is strongly desirable Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills Good level at Office administration Fluent in French & English.
