Our client is a semi-government company based in Abu Dhabi. It is one of the region\'s largest holding companies, with investments locally and internationally, particularly in Energy and Utilities, Food and Agriculture, Healthcare and Pharma, and Mobility and Logistics.We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support for a 1 to 2 month temporary contract, to assist with data filing both electronically and physically. This role is ideal for someone with strong MS Office skills and a proactive attitude. The primary responsibility will be managing and organizing data, ensuring accurate and efficient filing procedures.Responsibilities:
File data electronically using various cloud-based systems and physically in designated storage areas.
Assist in organizing and managing data to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy.
Follow instructions from senior team members regarding data filing and organization.
Utilize MS Office applications effectively for data management and reporting.
Communicate clearly and ask questions to ensure proper understanding of filing procedures.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with cloud-based filing systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to seeking clarification.
