Duties & Responsibilities






Daily administrative management of the association, with a special focus on document production and organization, billing, customer service and communication (internal and external) Planning and organizing events and meetings Content production and social media management Development of a Business Incubation Project, focusing on attracting and installing new entrepreneurs and companies, as well as supporting companies already established Development of a Certified Modular Training Project, focusing on recruiting trainees, collecting documents and coordinating training actions with the Training Entity

Job Experience




Degree in Secretarial Studies (or similar) Experience in the administrative area Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of Canva (or similar) #####
