Position: Admin Staff / Sales Coordinator

Nationality: Emirati Nationality ONLY

Gender: Female only

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the concerned team.
• Assist in answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
• Assist sales team members as a coordinator
• Assist PRO for registrations with government departments and vendor registrations
• Maintaining database for registration and marketing details.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and team members to support overall office efficiency.
• Assist with various other tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
