JOB DUTIES:

As Administrative Specialist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and campaign goals.
• Develop individual employment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Coordinate and monitor services and resources to meet client needs.
• Provide counseling and support to clients.
• Document client interactions, progress, and service delivery accurately and timely.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of services and adjust service delivery plan as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:

If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have the following knowledge, skills or abilities:

• Client Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client's needs, goals and current circumstance to develop individualized plan.
• Resources Coordination: Identify and connect clients with appropriate resources, services, and support to address their needs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting assessments, progress, goals, and outcomes in compliance with reporting requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Five years of experience in the advertising agency.
