DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for an Administrative Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Support all office functions and services
  • File documents, enter data and maintain databases
  • Process, type and format reports as well as documents
  • Direct calls, emails and faxes to designated departments
  • Monitor office supplies and order replacements as may be required
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and events
  • Attend to customers
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a Degree in a relevant course
  • At least 1-2 years of experience working as an administrative secretary or any related position, experience in a real estate company will be a good advantage
  • Exceptional filing, recordkeeping and organizational skills
  • Must have working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines
  • Proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets and databases
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Female candidates are required
