Support all office functions and services
File documents, enter data and maintain databases
Process, type and format reports as well as documents
Direct calls, emails and faxes to designated departments
Monitor office supplies and order replacements as may be required
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and events
Attend to customers
Perform any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
The applicant must have a Degree in a relevant course
At least 1-2 years of experience working as an administrative secretary or any related position, experience in a real estate company will be a good advantage
Exceptional filing, recordkeeping and organizational skills
Must have working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines
Proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets and databases
Good Ms Office suite knowledge
Female candidates are required
