Job Opportunity: Administrative Secretary
Location: Abu Dhabi
Avadh Metal Group is a dynamic and growing Building Material Trading company committed to excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and computer literate Administrative Secretary to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative assistance to senior executives, managers, and the sales team
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring proper storage, security, and accessibility of records.
- Draft, proofread, and edit official correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Administrative experience in a secretary or office assistant role
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, email management).
- Expertise in Adobe software (eg. Acrobat Pro)
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
