: We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee administrative, HR, and accounting functions within our dynamic brokerage. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while supporting our team and enhancing our client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Manage daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
• Coordinate office activities, including meetings, schedules, and communications.
• Develop and maintain office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
Human Resources:
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and assist with performance evaluations.
• Administer employee benefits and address HR-related inquiries.
Accounting:
• Assist in managing financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payroll.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, google and real estate management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
