Our client is a leading Aftermarket dealer of spare parts in the UAE with branch offices in various countries is looking for an Administrative Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Requirement:
5-10 years of experience in a property management or automotive industry is required in a Global company
Strong Admin and MS Office skills
Should have good communication skills and personality
Language preference is English & Hindi
A valid UAE Driving License is preferred
We prefer someone who can join immediately
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and staff activities.
Train, evaluate, and take corrective action with employees as needed.
Enhance administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and functional.
Collaborate with accounting and management for budgeting, expense monitoring, payroll, and financial tasks.
Organize CSR and office events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Manage data collection, organization, and storage using appropriate systems.
Maintain secure, safe, and compliant facilities.
Enforce adherence to policies and regulations.
Supervise equipment maintenance, repairs, and systems management.
Monitor and report progress on special projects and company objectives.
