Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading plastic recycling sourcing company in the UAE. Our client is looking for an experienced Administrative and Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and logistical operations to ensure the smooth functioning of international trade activities.- Coordinate container bookings for plastic material shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Negotiate rates and terms with shipping lines and logistics service providers to optimize freight costs and maintain market competitiveness.
- Review and verify LC documents to facilitate secure and efficient transactions in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as a liaison for communication between different departments and regional offices, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Address inquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors regarding logistical and administrative matters.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, implementing practical solutions to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and administration.Requirements- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative and logistics roles, preferably within the manufacturing, trading, or recycling industry.
- Proven expertise in container booking, rate negotiation, and LC document management in an international trade context.
