The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks and logistical operations to ensure the smooth functioning of international trade activities.Roles & Responsibilities- Coordinate container bookings for plastic material shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective transportation solutions.- Negotiate rates and terms with shipping lines and logistics service providers to optimize freight costs and maintain market competitiveness.- Review and verify LC documents to facilitate secure and efficient transactions in compliance with international trade regulations.- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.- Act as a liaison for communication between different departments and regional offices, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.- Address inquiries and provide support to internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors regarding logistical and administrative matters.- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, implementing practical solutions to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and administration.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in administrative and logistics roles, preferably within the manufacturing, trading, or recycling industry.- Proven expertise in container booking, rate negotiation, and LC document management in an international trade context.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits
