We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, creating invoices, sending invoices to clients, and following up on payments to ensure timely collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates based on project requirements.
• Generate invoices in accordance with company policies and ensure their correctness.
• Send invoices to clients promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, invoices, and payment communications.
• Collaborate with the accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimate preparation, invoicing, and payment follow-up (preferably in a similar role).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
