\xc2\xb7 Collect complete job information/detail from client i.e. Job title, work location, work duration, working hours & salary for looking for competent candidates or posting job ads. \xc2\xb7 Posting job ads by using different HR Portal as per the client requirement \xc2\xb7 Checking job applications on websites, shortlisting, contacting shortlisted candidates, explaining them job nature, and inviting them for interview. \xc2\xb7 Share the list of the documents with the candidate and receive all the required documents for issuance of a temporary work permit. \xc2\xb7 Conducting interviews \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with client and candidates for final interview \xc2\xb7 After selection, complete the on-boarding process i.e. signing of contract and other necessary documents \xc2\xb7 Update Attendance sheet on daily basis and share it with whole team through email. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and update personal information of all staff on daily basis in a master sheet. \xc2\xb7 Maintain and record daily office expenses on a sheet and scan all expense bills and save them. . Having Experience of bookkeeping on Tally Software . Generating Invoices in Tally Software . Dealing with Clients \xc2\xb7 Prepare Minutes of Meeting. \xc2\xb7 Coordination on call & email with client regarding on-boarding process. .
