We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator - Partner Outreach to join our team at Deals Drive. This role involves reaching out to service providers via email and phone calls to encourage their participation in our app. You will play a key role in expanding our network of partners and ensuring they see the value in our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to potential service providers through emails and phone calls.
• Present and explain the benefits of Deals Drive to potential partners.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide detailed information about the app and its features.
• Assist service providers in the registration process and guide them on how to upload their offers.
• Maintain a database of contacted service providers and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach materials and campaigns.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for new partner sign-ups.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with a focus on sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
