We are looking for a female Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Procurement, Logistic, Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves other admin duties.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
• Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Proficient in Making Presentations
• Expertise in Email/Letter Drafting
• Follow-up with banks / customer for payment
• Gate Pass for Raw material and high value goods
• Arrangement of Travel (Ticket, Hotel)
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
• Proficient in English language, both oral and written
• B Com or equivalent bachelor degree
• Relevant experience of at least 2-3 years
• Working experience in SAP an added advantage
• Proven work experience Administrative Assistant
• Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Business Sense
