:
As an Administrative & Marketing Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, track daily sales and expenses, maintain accurate financial records, and help promote our salon on social media. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel, has basic accounting knowledge, and can create engaging content for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Accounting:
• Track daily sales, expenses, and other financial transactions using Excel.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor income, expenses, and staff performance.
• Assist with managing invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Ensure accuracy in daily financial record-keeping and prepare weekly reports for management.
• Handle payroll calculations and staff commission tracking.
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Social Media Marketing:
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar to promote salon services and special offers.
• Create engaging and visually appealing posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Respond to inquiries and engage with followers on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the salon team to create promotions, contests, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and suggest improvements.
General Tasks:
• Provide support to the salon team by assisting with appointments and customer inquiries as needed.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events for the salon.
• Ensure that all marketing and administrative activities align with the salon's goals and brand identity.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and maintain detailed financial spreadsheets.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in a salon or beauty industry is a plus, but not required.
