We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator with experience in the real estate industry to join our team. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate administrative duties for the real estate team, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, listing presentations, and open houses.
• Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings for real estate agents and clients.
• Maintain and update listings on multiple platforms and databases.
• Conduct research on properties and market trends as needed.
• Prepare and distribute contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other real estate service providers.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions and documents (e.g., contracts, leases, MLS listings).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
