Job Description

An administrative consultant in a language center plays a crucial role in managing the administrative and logistical aspects of the Institute's operations. Their responsibilities are tailored to the specific needs of a language education environment. Here are the key responsibilities of an administrative consultant in a language Institute:

1. Student Registration and Enrollment:

Provide information and support to students regarding course materials, resources, and academic assistance.

Consulting potential and existing clients about the Institute's services (cost of classes, class location, information about group enrollments).

Calling inbound leads from advertising. Customers leave their contact information to inquire about course details - it's important to present the product effectively.

Address student concerns, issues, and requests.

Maintain language learning materials, textbooks, and teaching resources.

Ensure adequate supplies of learning materials for courses.

Manage the enrollment process for new and existing students.

Ensure accurate student records and documentation.

Assist students with inquiries about courses, schedules, and registration procedures.

Monitor and record student attendance.

Maintain records of student progress and grades, if applicable.

2. Class Scheduling and Coordination:

Create and maintain class schedules.

Coordinate with instructors and students to resolve scheduling conflicts.

3. Instructor Support:

Assist language instructors with administrative tasks, such as preparing teaching materials and scheduling.

Communicate with instructors regarding student progress and concerns.

Posting Job Vacancies and Organizing Interviews with New Instructors.

Preparing Employment Contracts and Service Agreements, as necessary.

Ensuring that Instructors complete Tutor Plan forms in a timely manner.

4. Financial Management:

Assist in managing the budget for the language center.

Process tuition payments and keep financial records.

5. Event Planning:

Organize cultural events, language workshops, and activities to enhance the learning experience.

6. Communication:

Maintain communication with students, instructors, and staff via emails, newsletters, and notices.

Handle inquiries and provide information on language courses and events.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level
• Minimum of 2 years of residency in Dubai
• Knowledge of local laws and specific regulations
• Experience in the education sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
