RECEPTI0NIST/ADMIN/SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLING

• Generate qualified leads to secure meetings for the sales team.
• Create and manage social media posts across various platforms.
• Coordinate website development and updates to ensure a user-friendly experience.
• Manage and coordinate social media campaigns to increase engagement and reach.
• Respond promptly to social media and WhatsApp inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain partnerships that can drive lead generation and business growth.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for social media content.
• Project manage all lead generation projects and initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and successful social media management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to shoot and edit videos and photos for social media content is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media pages and growing an online community.
• Basic graphic design skills.
