We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO\'s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO, as requested.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
