Our real estate company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a

Administrative Assistant & Secretary

to join the team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in

English communication

.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives. Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence professionally. Prepare reports, business documents, and presentations. Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed. Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams.

Requirements:



Experience in real estate or a similar industry

is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
