Administrative Assistant
to support our daily operations and help manage our expanding team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks such as emails, scheduling, and document management.
Prepare and manage property listings on real estate portals.
Assist in coordinating meetings, calls, and client follow-ups.
Maintain company records, contracts, and agreements.
Support the sales team with paperwork and client communication.
Coordinate with marketing and real estate agents for updates and promotions.
Greet and assist clients visiting the office.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate administration
is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills in
English
Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut) is an advantage.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
