  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for executives.
  • Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and record-keeping.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is advantageous.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
