Known for our commitment to excellence and innovation, we\'re looking for a versatile and dedicated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. : As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at Horizon Gate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing front office activities, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
Supporting real estate agents with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Maintaining and updating client databases and records.
Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
Liaising with clients and providing them with first-level support and information.
Ensuring office supplies are stocked and office equipment is maintained.
Performing other administrative duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
Detail-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate industry practices is advantageous but not essential.
