We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our growing interior design company as an Admin, Receptionist, and Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, serve as the first point of contact for clients, and support our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Reception Duties:
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing phone calls, emails, and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain and organize office documents, schedules, and appointments for design meetings.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, ordering supplies, and tracking office expenses.
• Coordinate with team members and handle internal communication to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage client contracts, project timelines, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure the reception area and office are well-maintained and welcoming for clients.
Marketing & Social Media:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team to create engaging posts showcasing projects, design ideas, and company updates.
• Respond to client inquiries on social media and other digital platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage company website updates, blogs, and newsletters.
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Track and report on marketing metrics, helping the team refine strategies based on performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative or reception role, preferably within a creative or design industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and experience managing social media accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with design or marketing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and a client-centric approach.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
